Our recording complex has two studios: the first is specially prepared for recording drums, guitars - live (49m2) and second is an extra dry 18m2 special studio for recording vocals, voiceovers and instruments. They both have fully customizable acoustics. The ceiling and the walls are covered with 70m2 of professional sound dampers.
|
For acoustics we use over 100 m2 of the best (and most expensive) pyramid-shaped polyurethane sound dampers. We leave egg boxes (often seen in amateur studios) for chickens...
|
The live studio has the perfect reverb for recording drums and guitars.

We not only take care of the technological side of things, but also care about the comfort of our guests. We have a lot of space for relaxing and a comfy bathroom with a shower. And there is a real fireplace with a grill, a winter garden and even ping pong table which can be used all year long. We can accommodate large groups that need to stay here. And on top of that there is a 7 meter-long oak table- a perfect place to sit with glass of Martini and listen to your production.

The studios neighbourhood - an upscale area.
|
Were surrounded by trees and houses. We have bikes on which you can make the short trip to the beautiful Kabacki forest. In the area of the forest youll find cafes, pubs, tennis courts and even a funfair and a swimming pool.

One of the walls with sound diffusers and a huge selection of microphones for recording vocals.

Artistic mess during recording - this instrument is one of five in Poland.

Our entire installation is fully mobile. All hardware is mounted in flight cases and connected with military-grade professional connectors. Thanks to this, we are one of only a few studios in Poland which can travel and record sessions on location at events, concerts etc.
|
The heart of the studio is a universal crossover with over 800 sockets, and an optical Toslink crossover (48 sockets) which is the only one in Warsaw.

This set allows mixing up to 96 chanells at once using all controls. A tired vocalist or musician doesnt have a time to wait a couple of minutes until the producer goes through complicated menus on a virtual mixer of virtual controller to adjust the knob responsible for bass or treble with his mouse.
Like any professional recording studio all our equipment is physical, especially knobs and equipment. We use software mainly for editing so tracks and recordings dont hang up during the process of recording. We dont want to have to say: you know what... we just lost everything you just recorded.... We of course have whole set of virtual studio software with full automation and dozens of plug-ins etc.but they are good for amateurs and demos.

If someone thinks that a real studio may be replicated on a simple PC with sound card and few cables, in someones garage or living room, these photos show how wrong he is. A pro studio in the 21st century involves far more than just a good computer. In our case its over 3 tons of hardware and about 9km of professional cables (Klotz, Mogami, Cannary) which connect hundreds of different sockets and plugs almost like a small space station. All of this for a single purpose: creating totally comfortable conditions and providing professional and flexible installation for musicians and producers which is able to record all types of sessions. And dont forget that each session is different!
